Marketing Systems Manager at RemoteHunter

The Marketing Systems Manager will bridge marketing strategy and execution by managing high-impact, cross-functional marketing projects and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of marketing projects with detailed plans and risk tracking.
- Lead marketing technology architecture across marketing automation (Hubspot), marketing tools, and CRM (Salesforce).
- Design, optimize, and automate marketing workflows including lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and campaign orchestration.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance personalization and operational efficiency.
- Champion data quality, governance, and process documentation for reliable insights and executive reporting.
- Align stakeholders on program goals, scope, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable workflows, intake processes, templates, and playbooks for repeatable execution.
Requirements
- Experience designing, managing, and optimizing complex marketing tech stacks in fast-growing B2B tech environments.
- Ability to translate marketing system design into measurable business impact, defining KPIs and driving ROI.
- Expertise in mapping end-to-end marketing workflows and building automated, scalable processes.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Skill in aligning marketing, sales, and analytics teams, mentoring junior members, and simplifying technical complexity.
