About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate and divisional stakeholders to lead advertising, marketing, and branding initiatives.
- Design and maintain marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional content ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop direct marketing programs and manage client and prospect communications.
- Support sales through thought leadership content, RFP management, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update the company website, including SEO and analytics.
- Develop and manage social media programs and online business listings.
- Manage media outreach, public relations, and industry relationships.
- Assist in planning and managing the annual conference and other events.
- Prepare presentations and press releases for various platforms.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal presentations and communications.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and/or graphic design experience.
- Experience in relocation and real estate preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Vimeo.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Wix CMS, HTML, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Availability for some travel.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- $87,000 to $118,000 annually, based on education and experience.
- Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
