About the Opportunity

The Manager, Growth Marketing is responsible for executing digital demand generation programs that drive new customer acquisition and expansion. This role manages paid media, SEO/AEO tactics, and nurture programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively. It plays a critical role within the Revenue Marketing team by implementing strategies to generate pipeline and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, and content syndication programs aligned with pipeline goals
  • Implement SEO and AEO strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership and content teams
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates on landing pages and calls to action
  • Track and report on lead conversion metrics and channel performance
  • Develop and manage nurture sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle email programs within marketing automation
  • Support customer growth through automated engagement and expansion triggers
  • Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams on lifecycle and expansion initiatives
  • Partner with marketing operations on reporting, attribution, and data hygiene
  • Coordinate lead management, routing, and scoring optimization
  • Serve as the primary contact to ensure smooth daily marketing operations

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Proficiency managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and pipeline reporting
  • Experience developing nurture and lifecycle marketing programs
  • Analytical mindset with focus on actionable insights
  • Familiarity with intent signal platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and build programs with limited existing infrastructure

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary targeted at $146,000 to $176,000 per year, with final offers based on experience and expertise.
