About the Opportunity at RemoteHunter
RemoteHunter is seeking a Legal Operations Assistant to join the Legal Department within Global Corporate Services. This role, reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, is crucial for supporting regulatory compliance and risk management by managing shared inboxes and assisting with client screening through the ELM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the triaging of requests received from multiple shared email inboxes, ensuring timely and appropriate routing.
- Complete thorough client screenings in strict adherence to documented policies and established processes.
- Perform various additional administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar legal operations or administrative support role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and a high degree of integrity in all interactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely summarize complex research.
- Exemplify a diligent work ethic and a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Proven ability to maintain high productivity and focus while working independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this full-time, non-exempt, overtime-eligible role ranges from $49,900 to $88,895 annually, dependent on location and individual qualifications.
