About the Opportunity: Legal Operations Assistant
The Legal Department within Global Corporate Services at RemoteHunter is actively seeking a dedicated Legal Operations Assistant to bolster its team. Reporting directly to the Legal Operations Manager, this pivotal role is instrumental in streamlining operations, specifically focusing on the efficient triage of shared inboxes and meticulous client screening via the ELM system to ensure robust regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient triaging of requests originating from multiple shared email inboxes, ensuring timely and appropriate routing.
- Execute comprehensive client screenings in strict adherence to documented policies and established processes.
- Undertake various essential administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the legal department.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a comparable legal operations or administrative support role.
- Demonstrated proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities and keen analytical skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Maintain a steadfast focus on customer service excellence and uphold the highest degree of integrity in all interactions.
- Command excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly and concisely summarize extensive research.
- Cultivate a diligent work ethic and embody a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Demonstrate the capacity to maintain high productivity and focus while successfully working independently in a remote environment.
