Job Description
About the Opportunity
The Legal Department within Global Corporate Services is seeking a Legal Operations Assistant to support the team. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, this remote role involves triaging shared inboxes and assisting with client screening through the ELM system for regulatory compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Support triaging requests from multiple shared email inboxes
- Complete client screenings according to documented policies and processes
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Focus on customer service and a high degree of integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to summarize large amounts of research clearly
- Diligent work ethic and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain productivity and focus while working independently in a remote environment
