About the Opportunity

This International Coordinator - Bilingual role involves managing specific commodities for major Latin American and global accounts within a fuels division. You will ensure timely communication and comprehensive documentation to meet all customer needs and expectations. The position serves as the primary contact for assigned commodities, fostering professional relationships with customers while driving market share growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all required training and courses prior to due dates
  • Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
  • Serve as main contact for assigned commodities across accounts
  • Maintain continuous access to computer and respond to account needs 24/7
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in each account’s operations and requirements
  • Ensure customer expectations are fulfilled and communicate proactively when issues arise
  • Monitor commodity movements including status updates, test results, and communications
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on schedule
  • Conduct daily check-ins with account schedulers to maintain quality standards and relationships
  • Work toward securing scheduler nominations for services
  • Collaborate closely with Team Manager to manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Maintain and expand business through customer visits, industry events, and networking
  • Exceed annual financial goals for assigned accounts while meeting target metrics
  • Monitor competitors, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, identify market opportunities
  • Provide recommendations on customers, competitors, and market trends
  • Attend regular 1:1 meetings with Team Manager to discuss goals, activities, and expectations
  • Maintain operational awareness and provide updates on business activity and customer feedback
  • Escalate issues immediately when customer satisfaction standards are not met
  • Support Team Manager with quarterly KPI presentations and report creation as needed

Requirements

  • 100% bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
  • Ability to manage multiple commodities and accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commodities trading or management
  • Knowledge of fuel industry operations
  • Experience with Latin American markets
  • Familiarity with testing and inspection services
