Job Description
About the Opportunity:
The HR Business Partner role at RemoteHunter is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position involves providing essential HR guidance, expertly resolving complex employee relations issues, and actively supporting various HR programs and initiatives. As a key leadership champion and change agent, you will ensure that HR solutions are strategically tailored to meet critical business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to deeply understand business needs and collaboratively develop HR strategies to effectively support them.
- Provide expert guidance and robust support on diverse employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Strategically support comprehensive talent management processes, encompassing performance reviews, insightful succession planning, and impactful employee development programs.
- Efficiently implement and rigorously monitor HR programs and initiatives, guided by the best practices of the HR Center of Excellence (COE).
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal company policies, mitigating risks and fostering a fair workplace.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent extensive work experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience, demonstrating a strong career trajectory.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, sophisticated interpersonal, and powerful influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
