About the Opportunity

This HR Business Partner role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role involves providing HR guidance, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. It acts as a leadership champion and change agent, ensuring HR solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support talent management processes including performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Implement and monitor HR programs guided by the HR center of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
