About the Opportunity
The organization operates a health data platform that facilitates secure, accessible, and usable health data exchange across a large and diverse network in the U.S. As a Health Information Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in supporting medical record requests and managing information to enable timely healthcare decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30 PM EST.
- Handle medical record requests in a high-volume production environment.
- Take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical status updates.
- Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors.

- Experience managing and documenting medical information using multiple platforms.

Compensation
The estimated base pay range per hour for this Health Information Specialist I role is $15 to $18.32 USD.
