About the Opportunity
The organization operates a health data platform that facilitates secure, accessible, and usable health data exchange across a large and diverse network in the U.S. As a Health Information Specialist I, you will support medical record requests and information management, enabling timely healthcare decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30 PM EST
- Handle medical record requests in a high-volume production environment
- Take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical status updates
- Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment
- Experience managing and documenting medical information using multiple platforms

Compensation
The estimated base pay range for this role is $15 to $18.32 USD per hour.
