About the Opportunity
A digital healthcare organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their Pharmacy Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling web applications that significantly contribute to patient health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with React, PHP (Laravel), Tailwind, and MySQL, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Write maintainable, well-tested code, consistently upholding high coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers from related teams to coordinate platform changes and integrations.
- Design, maintain, and evolve database schemas, write efficient and reliable queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
- Identify and proactively drive improvements to platform reliability, performance, and overall quality.
- Monitor platform health using relevant metrics, logs, and tools (e.g., Datadog); assist in diagnosing and promptly resolving issues.
- Stay well-informed on the latest health-tech developments and adeptly apply relevant best practices.
- Work closely with non-technical and healthcare partners to clarify requirements and deliver practical, effective software solutions.
- Adhere to SDLC processes and compliance requirements throughout the entire design, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and maintaining robust web applications using React for the front end and PHP (Laravel) with MySQL for the back end.
- Proven experience working with external APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Effective communication skills, crucial for seamless collaboration with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in health-tech, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate clear, respectful communication and an approachable demeanor within a collaborative team setting.

Compensation
The salary range for this Full Stack Developer position is $140,000 - $160,000.
