Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable front-end systems.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly across teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high quality UI/UX.
- Explore and integrate new technologies and programming languages into development.
- Maintain AI fluency or demonstrate willingness to learn AI concepts.
- Continuously adapt to new technical challenges, focusing on backend development practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing high-quality, maintainable, and robust software for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and familiarity or interest in learning TypeScript.
- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.
- Knowledge of styling tools including SASS, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
- Experience with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Jasmine.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Familiarity with APIs including REST, GraphQL, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Postman.
- Experience with responsive web design, accessibility, and design systems is a plus.
- Experience with Storybook, Docker, CI/CD, and authentication flows is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical issues.
- Highly motivated to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this Frontend Engineer role is $160,000 to $180,000 USD. Salary ranges depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. The posted range reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hires at the specified location.
