The Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer plays a crucial role in supporting executive leadership by managing priorities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across teams. The role demands strategic thinking and hands-on management of both high-level projects and daily administrative tasks.Responsibilities
- Provide primary executive support to the President and COO, anticipating needs and managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure follow-through on decisions, action items, and projects with clarity and accountability.
- Represent the President and COO in meetings and communications to coordinate across teams.
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports for executive and board-level audiences.
- Draft executive communications, talking points, and internal updates as needed.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Organize internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.
- Oversee expense reports, document management, and contract routing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill-based experience.
- Seven or more years supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Base compensation range: $77,000 to $110,000 USD.
- Position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
