Role Overview - EMR Integrations Manager
As an EMR Integrations Manager, you will create a seamless user experience between the organization and client Electronic Medical Records. Your role involves guiding multiple concurrent client integrations, providing expert-level support throughout the technical setup, and collaborating with product and engineering teams for innovative automated solutions and new product integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration strategy and execution for healthcare organizations' EMR systems.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client implementations.
- Manage five or more concurrent technical deployments including integration and workflow project planning.
- Continuously assess and improve integration methodologies while proposing new solutions.
- Collaborate with Care Transformation teams to create comprehensive client implementation journeys.
- Create a white-glove client experience informed by specific client needs.
- Drive implementation excellence and share thought leadership for internal best practices.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in integrations, technical project management or solutions engineering in B2B healthcare software.
- 2+ years experience with Epic-focused integrations or Smart on FHIR integrations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a record of successful client-facing projects.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and complex stakeholder engagements.
- Experience in ambiguous, complex healthcare environments with first-principles problem solving.
- Mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative with effective decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to drive ideas to successful outcomes via proactive communication.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation is approximately $140,000–$165,000 per year, with flexible options for cash versus equity splits. The organization places an emphasis on generous equity grants.
