About the Opportunity
The Director, Talent and Human Resources leads the talent and HR functions, driving strategic initiatives that support the organization’s growth and remote workforce. This role is responsible for shaping HR systems and culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing a remote, expanding team. The position plays a key role in building a scalable and effective human resources framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Oversee HRIS, ATS, benefits platforms, and payroll systems
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage remote HR operations and support a distributed workforce
- Provide strategic leadership to drive organizational growth and culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and development initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in HR and talent management
- 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strategic thinker with systems leadership skills
- Experience managing HR in remote and scaling organizations
- Bachelor’s degree
