Data Entry Processor

The Data Entry Processor role supports clients through document review and accurate data entry, positively impacting the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as precise data entry, thorough document processing, and efficient scanning.
- Receive documents in both electronic and hard copy formats for accurate and timely processing.
- Process documents meticulously following established internal procedures and identify any gaps in required information.
- Accurately identify documents and their purpose to create a comprehensive database of information.
- Provide professional and helpful customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Good IT skills and a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps, ping ≤ 175 ms).
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router for stable connectivity.
- Residence in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

Compensation
This position offers $13.00 per hour during the initial 6 weeks of training, then transitions to an ABC pay structure. The estimated annual salary range is $26,600 to $33,250. This position may also be eligible for bonus or incentive based on business need.
