Role Overview
The Data Entry Processor supports clients through document review and data entry to positively impact the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receive documents in electronic and hard copy form for accurate processing
- Process documents following internal processes and identify gaps in required information
- Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Provide customer service
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Great attention to detail
- Organized with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps, ping ≤ 175 ms)
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Residence in specific eligible states

Compensation
$13.00 per hour during 6 weeks of training, then moves to ABC pay. Estimated salary range $26,600 to $33,250 annually. Position may be eligible for bonus or incentive based on business need.
