The Data Entry Processor role supports clients through document review and data entry to positively impact the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receive documents in electronic and hard copy form for accurate processing
- Process documents following internal processes and identify gaps in required information
- Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Provide customer service
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Great attention to detail
- Organized with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps, ping ≤ 175 ms)
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Residence in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
- Not hiring in AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY or metro areas of Minneapolis MN, Chicago IL, New York City NY, Portland OR, Montgomery County MD, Seattle WA, Washington DC

Compensation
- $13.00 per hour during 6 weeks of training, then moves to ABC pay
- Estimated salary range $26,600 to $33,250 annually
- Position may be eligible for bonus or incentive based on business need
