About the Opportunity
This remote Data Entry Processor position requires candidates to be located in the Sandy, Utah area. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm. The starting pay is $13.00 per hour during the 6 weeks of training, after which compensation transitions to a piece rate.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including accurate data entry, document processing, and scanning.
- Receive documents in both electronic and hard copy formats for precise and timely processing.
- Process documents by diligently following internal procedures and identifying any missing information.
- Identify document types and their purpose to effectively create and maintain a comprehensive database of information.
- Provide customer service support as needed, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- A minimum typing speed of 45 Words Per Minute (WPM).
- Proficient IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps, ping ≤ 175 ms).
- Ability to connect with an ethernet cable directly to a modem/router.
- Residency in one of the following states is required: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
- Not hiring in: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY; metro areas: Minneapolis (MN), Chicago (IL), New York City (NY), Portland (OR), Montgomery County (MD), Seattle (WA), Washington, DC.

Compensation
- Initial compensation of $13.00 per hour during the 6 weeks of training, transitioning to a performance-based piece rate afterwards.
- Estimated annual salary range of $26,600 - $33,250.
- Position may be eligible for bonus or incentive based on business needs and performance.
