This organization delivers mission-critical services and solutions for Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments. The Data Entry Processor role supports clients through document review and data entry to positively impact the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receive documents in electronic and hard copy form for accurate processing
- Process documents following internal processes and identify gaps in required information
- Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Provide customer service
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Great attention to detail, organized and ability to multi-task
- Pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps, ping ≤ 175 ms)
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Residence in eligible states (list provided) with specific geographic restrictions

Compensation
$13.00 per hour during training, then moves to competitive pay with an estimated annual salary between $26,600 and $33,250, plus potential bonus or incentives.
