The Data Architecture & Information Strategy Engineer will play a critical role in bridging technical solutions with business objectives. - Apply engineering principles to address complex technical problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Stay current with advancements in relevant technologies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using Excel and other tools
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
- Use data insights to recommend process improvements and cost reductions
- Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals
- Present technical findings and recommendations to management
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor junior engineers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in engineering principles and methodologies
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools such as Excel
- Ability to develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting to management
- Project management skills including planning, tracking, and risk mitigation
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Salary grade 7 with a range of $86,600 to $144,900
- Final salary based on skills, experience, job scope, and competitive market value
