2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Data Analyst - Marketing Analytics & Digital Insights plays a critical role in transforming complex data into strategic insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business growth for financial institutions. This position combines analytical expertise with business understanding to optimize marketing investments, enhance digital customer experiences, and support data-driven decision-making. The role impacts campaign performance, customer engagement, and return on investment by providing actionable insights at the intersection of marketing science, digital analytics, and financial services.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of large datasets from digital platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools to identify trends and opportunities

• Design measurement frameworks and learning agendas aligned with business and marketing objectives

• Conduct attribution modeling and customer journey analysis across marketing channels

• Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses to support executive decision-making

• Analyze website and digital performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities

• Monitor key marketing metrics such as Cost Per Account, Lifetime Value, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Execute A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns and user experiences

• Manage tag implementation to ensure accurate data capture

• Develop and maintain dashboards and interactive visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• Communicate complex findings clearly to executives, marketing leaders, and technical teams

• Present strategic recommendations to influence stakeholder decisions

• Automate reporting for real-time marketing performance visibility

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to integrate insights

• Manage multiple analytical projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

• Support improvements in digital customer journeys and campaign effectiveness based on data insights

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

• 5 to 9 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics

• Experience in financial services or working with financial institutions is strongly preferred

• Proven success delivering insights that influenced strategic business decisions

• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms

• Advanced SQL skills; proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis

• Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboard creation

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) preferred

• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and tag management implementation

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually
