About the Opportunity: The Senior Data Analyst role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions that enhance operational and strategic decision-making within healthcare. This position plays a key role in delivering data products that improve business processes, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to develop scalable solutions using modern data technologies.
3. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support data solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power Apps
- Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and business applications
- Develop Power Apps solutions and integrations to improve business processes
- Analyze complex healthcare and operational data to support decisions
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformation processes
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners
4. Requirements:
- Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Analytics Development
- Proficiency with Python and Databricks
- Experience developing Power Apps solutions
- Skill in building ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality practices
- Advanced SQL development skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, or pharmacy industry
- Familiarity with RxClaim and pharmacy claims processing
- Knowledge of pharmacy pricing, network operations, or regulatory data
- Understanding of RxClaim configuration including Plan Codes, Pricing, Pharmacy Networks
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment
- Compensation depends on factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications
- Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility
