About the Opportunity
The Contract Administration Manager is responsible for following the organization’s contract preparation and approval process requirements to draft, evaluate, and execute moderate to highly complex contracts and related documents. This includes Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and Statements of Work.
Responsibilities
The role involves drafting, evaluating, and executing customer and vendor contracts including non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents. The manager will work under the guidance of attorneys and legal management, handle non-routine contracts through negotiations and redlines, update standard contract templates, and build working relationships across departments. The role also includes participation in operational teams, proactive communication, and effective use of the contract lifecycle management system.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with paralegal education or certificate being desirable. A minimum of five years of contract administration experience is strongly preferred, particularly within a corporate setting. Must have working knowledge of contract law, excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, other Office applications, and Adobe Acrobat.

Compensation
The salary range is from $74,765.68 to $119,622.59, with bonus opportunities available. Note that RemoteHunter is not the Employer of Record for this role.
