About the Opportunity
The Contract Administration Manager at RemoteHunter is responsible for overseeing the organization’s contract preparation and approval processes. This role involves drafting, evaluating, and executing moderate to highly complex contracts and related documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key documents include Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and Statements of Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, evaluate, and execute various customer and/or vendor contracts, including statements of work and non-disclosure agreements, supporting multiple internal business lines.
- Ensure all legal documents comply with company policies and applicable laws, escalating complex issues to legal counsel as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal management on non-routine contracts, including negotiation of third-party contracts, redlines to templates, RFPs, and special projects.
- Maintain and update standard contract templates to reflect current legal and business requirements.
- Build and foster strong working relationships both within the Legal department and across other functional areas of the company.
- Actively participate in operational and tactical teams to support broader business objectives.
- Communicate proactively and concisely with all stakeholders.
- Serve as a valuable resource to colleagues, promoting collaborative problem-solving while embodying RemoteHunter's core competencies and values.
- Develop a deep understanding of specialized areas within the company to provide informed contract support.
- Effectively utilize the contract lifecycle management system for all contract-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Paralegal education or certificate is highly desirable.
- Minimum of five years of contract administration experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English in a professional business setting.
- Solid working knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions.
- Strong analytical and assessment skills, with the ability to summarize complex information concisely.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated experience drafting simple contracts using established templates and guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with all levels of employees, management, customers, vendors, partners, and third parties.
- Capability to work independently on routine responsibilities and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mid to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications; expertise in Adobe Acrobat.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $74,765.68 to $119,622.59, with variation based on location and experience. This role is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
