About the Opportunity

This Contract Administration Manager role is responsible for following the organization’s contract preparation and approval process requirements to draft, evaluate, and execute moderate to highly complex contracts and related documents in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, evaluate, and execute customer and vendor contracts, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents.
  • Negotiate and manage non-routine contracts with attorney guidance.
  • Update and maintain standard contract templates.
  • Build constructive working relationships across and outside the Legal department.
  • Participate in cross-functional operational and tactical teams.
  • Utilize the contract lifecycle management system effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate is a plus.
  • Minimum of five years contract administration experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $74,765.68 to $119,622.59, with bonus eligibility.
