About the Opportunity

The organization, a cybersecurity leader with over two decades of experience, is dedicated to shaping the future of cybersecurity by integrating networking with security. This role seeks an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join the Cloud Security Consulting team. This team serves as a center of excellence for specific Cloud Security technologies and associated products/solutions. The architect will engage with customers at all levels, delivering consulting services and proof of concepts, bringing expertise in cloud technologies, software development, network/application security, and Generative AI / Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in creating multi-cloud and hybrid cloud security blueprints with vendor-neutral and cloud-agnostic best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to develop Agentic AI applications addressing cloud and cybersecurity challenges.
• Develop expertise in the organization's cloud security products.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive products and services.
• Respond to industry analyst inquiries and conduct demos.
• Provide expert opinions on cloud security design and architecture in customer meetings.
• Deliver custom architecture and automation code based on customer requirements for cloud deployments.
• Publish reference architectures for specific use cases.
• Dedicate time to ongoing training and education on new technologies.
• Lead technical webinars and hands-on demos.
• Support advanced course material development and training events.
• Publish whitepapers and blogs on key technology topics.
• Draft detailed architecture papers for technology adoption analysis.
• Engage in active industry networking to build relationships and awareness.

Requirements

• 10+ years in roles such as SE, Consulting SE, Software Architect, or Solution Architect within Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, and/or Cybersecurity.
• In-depth hands-on experience with one or more public/private cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, NSX.
• Proficiency in modern software architecture using CI/CD, DevOps tools (Ansible, CloudFormation, Azure ARM), Infrastructure as Code, scalability, and API-first approaches.
• Prior experience building Agentic AI applications highly desired.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, or other programming languages.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Solution Architect and GCP Cloud Architect preferred.
• Experience designing and building applications using container and serverless technologies preferred.
• Strong presentation and demo skills.
• Excellent documentation and technical writing capabilities.
• Five or more years of experience with cloud solutions, virtual platforms, and software development.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree favorable.
