About the Opportunity
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring clients achieve maximum value from RemoteHunter's solutions, fostering strong relationships, and driving product adoption. The role is critical in client engagement, AI adoption, retention, and expansion while addressing competitive positioning and roadmap discussions.
Client Engagement & Product Adoption
- Serve as the primary client contact post-implementation.
- Educate clients on new features and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Identify underutilized features and guide value maximization.
- Organize training sessions and product deep dives.
AI Adoption & Competitive Positioning
- Communicate RemoteHunter's AI roadmap to clients.
- Guide clients through structured AI adoption phases.
- Identify and mitigate competitive threats.
- Track market trends for proactive client discussions.
Renewal & Retention Strategy
- Monitor client health and engagement for renewal readiness.
- Address risks and competitive challenges preemptively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth renewals.
Expansion & AI Roadmapping
- Identify additional AI adoption and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with the Account Growth Manager for strategic discussions.
- Engage further client stakeholders to expand influence.
Client Advocacy & Risk Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor and address client concerns.
- Advocate for client needs with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client engagement in SaaS or AI-driven technology.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI adoption strategies, product positioning, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
