About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide is seeking a Chief Technology & AI Officer. This role focuses on leading technology and AI strategy to support scalable growth and enhance client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own company-wide technology and AI strategy
- Define and maintain long-term architectural vision
- Implement an agentic operating model across departments
- Architect AI agents for sales, service, finance, operations, and reporting
- Set data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Manage technology budget and approve investments
- Collaborate with department leaders to redesign workflows
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years in senior technology or systems architecture roles
- Experience with designing and scaling integrated systems
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and agent-based architectures
- Ability to translate technical vision into business impact
- Experience supporting multiple business units or acquisitions

Compensation
