About the Opportunity:

RemoteHunter is seeking a Chief Technology & AI Officer for a rapidly growing digital marketing and coaching business serving attorneys nationwide. This pivotal role involves leading technology and AI strategy to drive scalable growth and significantly enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own company-wide technology and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define and maintain the long-term architectural vision for the organization and its affiliated entities.
• Make technology decisions that prioritize scalability, operational leverage, and superior client results.
• Design and implement an innovative agentic operating model to streamline operations.
• Architect sophisticated AI agents across critical business functions: sales, service delivery, finance, operations, and internal reporting.
• Strategically define the balance between automated and human-led decision-making processes.
• Establish a single source of truth for all client and operational data, ensuring data integrity.
• Implement real-time updates, notifications, and intelligent recommendations to empower all teams.
• Manage comprehensive governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including robust data security and AI governance standards.
• Ensure full compliance across all technology tools, vendors, and third-party integrations.
• Set rigorous standards for technology tools and platforms, oversee investment approvals, and manage the technology budget effectively.
• Lead teams through clear vision and influence, fostering an environment free from micromanagement.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to redesign workflows and optimize operating models using technology.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in senior technology, platform, or systems architecture roles.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling complex, integrated technology systems.
• Profound understanding of AI, automation principles, and agent-based architectural design.
• Proven track record as a strategic decision-maker, extending beyond mere implementation.
• Experience supporting or integrating multiple business units or handling acquisitions.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical visions into clear business impact.
