RemoteHunter is seeking a Chief Technology & AI Officer for a rapidly growing digital marketing and coaching business that serves attorneys nationwide. This pivotal role is responsible for spearheading technology and AI strategy to drive scalable growth and significantly enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the company-wide technology and AI strategy.
• Establish and maintain the long-term architectural vision for the organization and its affiliated entities.
• Ensure all technology decisions promote scalability, leverage existing assets, and directly contribute to superior client results.
• Design and implement an innovative agentic operating model.
• Architect AI agents to optimize processes across various departments including sales, service delivery, finance, operations, and internal reporting.
• Determine the optimal balance between automated and human-led decision-making.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for all client and operational data.
• Implement systems for real-time updates, notifications, and intelligent recommendations for all teams.
• Manage comprehensive governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including robust data security and AI governance standards.
• Ensure full compliance across all tools, vendors, and third-party integrations.
• Set organizational standards for technology tools and platforms, oversee and approve technology investments, and manage the overall technology budget.
• Lead effectively through influence and clarity, fostering autonomy rather than micromanagement.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to redesign and optimize workflows and operating models.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in senior technology, platform, or systems architecture roles.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling complex, integrated systems.
• Profound understanding of AI, automation principles, and agent-based architectures.
• Proven track record as a strategic decision-maker, extending beyond mere implementation.
• Experience in supporting or integrating multiple business units or acquisitions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision and its impact on business objectives.

Compensation

A competitive base salary of $250,000, with additional bonuses, leading to a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $300,000.
