About the Opportunity:

The Business Intelligence & Data Science Analyst role is responsible for enhancing the organization's analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making. This position designs and maintains scalable reporting, actionable insights, and automation processes that impact leadership and operational teams. The role is critical for advancing analytics tools and frameworks, improving data quality, and enabling the organization to better understand member engagement and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and refresh processes
• Develop reusable datasets and standardized reporting layers to enable self-service analytics
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting, scorecards, and actionable insights aligned with organizational priorities
• Apply advanced analytical techniques such as trend analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and automation
• Develop and maintain data transformation logic and contribute to data architecture improvements
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and structural issues
• Apply and evolve data definitions and business logic for consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into analytics solutions
• Communicate data insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support configuration and management of internal IT and cybersecurity tools
• Contribute to improvements in security controls and operational processes
• Maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures
• Perform additional duties to support organizational operations and mission

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, data science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related technical roles
• Strong experience with Power BI including DAX and Power Query
• Proficient in SQL and handling structured and semi-structured data
• Experience with data validation, transformation, and multi-source analysis
• Ability to create clear visualizations and insights for non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work on schedule

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
