About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams to clarify functionality and constraints.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend workflow optimizations and automation opportunities.
- Support solution design sessions, stakeholder demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Ensure solutions comply with best practices and federal IT standards.
- Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies alongside Scrum Masters and delivery leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Working knowledge of scripting and data models; ability to collaborate with developers and architects.
- Capability to work independently and lead cross-functional discussions.
- Experience with pre-sales, solution design, and roadmap planning is a plus.
- Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance/security requirements preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
$95,000 - $105,000 per year
