Business Analyst Lead

About the Opportunity:

This role is for the sole Business Analyst on a high-impact Loan Origination System (LOS) migration project. The Business Analyst Lead will define the BA approach and own key deliverables such as data mapping, business requirements documents (BRD), and use cases. The position requires independently managing all BA activities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment. This fully remote, full-time role involves close collaboration with client and vendor teams and leadership of the business analysis function from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the business analysis approach for the project
• Deliver key artifacts including data mapping, BRD, and use cases
• Drive all BA activities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborate closely with client and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the business analysis function from discovery through delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale system migration projects, preferably involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Strong domain expertise in banking, financial services, or credit union operations, including industry processes and regulatory considerations
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing and guiding Business Analysis best practices within cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Correlation Keystone LOS or other legacy LOS platforms preferred
• Experience working within financial institutions or credit unions during system transitions or digital transformation projects preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Compensation:

Salary for the role is $95,000
