Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Identify, recruit, and contract creators to authentically tell the story.
- Insights-based Ideation: Turn social trends and consumer cues into bold campaign concepts.
- Direct-Response Ad Creative: Collaborate with creators and growth marketers to produce high quality creative optimized for conversion.
- Brand-Response Ad Creative: Develop creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand preference.
- Campaign Measurement: Use data to translate campaign performance into actionable learnings.
- Project Management: Lead projects end-to-end from concept to delivery.
- Staying on Trend: Spot cultural trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate genuine connections with influencers and trendsetters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand or influencer marketing
- Proven ability to drive customer growth through creator partnerships
- Problem-solving and accountability with a focus on flawless execution
