The Associate People Business Partner role involves supporting front-line leaders and their teams by providing HR guidance, managing employee relations, and supporting talent programs and strategic people initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise front-line and mid-level leadership on performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and engagement.
- Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and morale through tailored people initiatives and solutions.
- Manage and resolve low-to-moderate complexity employee relations and performance issues; conduct fact-finding and escalate high-risk cases.
- Facilitate core people processes including compensation reviews, performance cycles, goal setting, and departures.
- Monitor people metrics and stay interview themes to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.
- Ensure equitable and consistent HR practices.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as a dedicated People Business Partner.
- Experience supporting a Sales function is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all employee levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable with ability to follow through on commitments.
Compensation
National total target cash compensation range including base salary and bonus target is $67,000 to $99,000 annually. Final offer amounts depend on prior experience, expertise, and region and may vary. This range does not include additional compensation benefits such as equity, 401K, or medical, dental, or vision insurance.
