About the Opportunity:
The Associate Human Resources People Planning & Services Representative provides centralized HR support to employees and managers by managing HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, and promoting consistent application of HR policies and procedures. This role supports People Services, Operations, and broader HR programs through coordination, documentation maintenance, and service improvement efforts. The position enhances the employee experience with proactive issue resolution and streamlined processes, playing a key role in HR service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve HR tickets and cases within established service levels using HR case management tools
- Provide first-line support on HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave processes, employment verification, performance, training, recognition, and compensation
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to HR Centers of Excellence or Business Partners
- Track and close cases with accurate documentation ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Maintain and update HR knowledge content for employee self-service
- Support onboarding and offboarding including new hire documentation, background checks, Form I-9 completion, and employee file setup
- Assist with employment changes and Workday transaction troubleshooting
- Respond to queries in line with the HR support model
- Address employee questions on benefits, eligibility, open enrollment, and life event documentation
- Collaborate with Payroll and Workday Managed Services to resolve payroll inquiries
- Maintain tracking sheets and logs for recurring HR operational processes
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization
- Support compliance activities such as I-9 audits, policy acknowledgments, and annual requirements
- Maintain service delivery documentation and suggest improvements
- Contribute to HR People services SOP library and update workflows as needed
- Draft and formalize policies, guides, and FAQs for ServiceNow and Workday Help
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing HR programs and initiatives
- Track deliverables, milestones, and documentation for HR projects
- Support change management activities and communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations, people services, or HR generalist roles
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar HR case management platforms
- Preferred experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range is $58,000 to $75,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, and location
- Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus
