About the Opportunity

The Associate, Client Strategy will support the Brand Success team by managing and optimizing a portfolio of brand accounts. This role is critical to driving brand retention and growth by executing deliverables, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to overall brand account health. The position involves close collaboration with Client Strategy Managers and plays an important part in advancing the organization’s success through client engagement and strategic support.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Strategy Managers on daily brand account management
  • Manage execution, follow-through, and proactive communication with brand partners
  • Meet with brand partners to identify and act on strategic initiatives
  • Maintain accurate account data and documentation
  • Support strategic projects and track project timelines
  • Share best practices and improve efficiency within the associate team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 to 3 years in account management, project management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in client-facing or account support roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Adaptability to changing brand needs and priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist as needed
  • Ability to analyze performance data and deliver insights to brand partners
  • Familiarity with creator economy, influencer, or affiliate marketing is a plus
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows and promoting AI adoption within teams
