The Assistant Controller role is responsible for supporting and leading core accounting operations, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring smooth financial integration of acquisitions. This position plays a critical part in maintaining the organization's financial accuracy and compliance, contributing to its stability and growth.Responsibilities
- Support general ledger activities, reconciliations, and core accounting functions
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Maintain and enhance internal controls aligned with policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial data accuracy
- Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits, including international statutory audits
- Manage tax-related activities and international regulatory filings
- Oversee all Treasury functions within the company
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and workflows
- Research and apply GAAP guidance to accounting issues
- Support financial reporting and analysis for leadership decision-making
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support

Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Salary range: 135,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
- Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location
