About the Opportunity: AI Specialist
The AI Specialist at RemoteHunter will be a pivotal leader in transforming how AI engineers release, monitor, and optimize their agents. This role is crucial for scaling an AI-focused platform from initial validation to an industry-leading product, requiring deep specialized product knowledge, active customer engagement, and effective feedback gathering to drive early adoption.
The position involves developing and building essential integrations, creating comprehensive technical content including whitepapers, tutorials, and demos, all designed to support the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level solutions and sales engineering support to customers.
- Act as a practical AI expert in customer conversations, serving as a primary escalation point for technical inquiries.
- Lead the early-stage implementation and broad adoption of the AI platform, focusing on activation and churn prevention.
- Develop and document scalable Solutions Engineering playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent and effective operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address revenue-related product insights.
- Support points of view articulated by on-the-ground solutions engineers, enhancing their effectiveness.
- Collect and disseminate product feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align product concepts with technical feasibility and strategic goals.
- Monitor product performance, user experience, and market response, iterating based on data and insights.
- Ensure the product roadmap effectively meets market demand and delivers exceptional user experiences, especially for AI developers, utilizing data to overcome objections.
Build the AI Platform Into the World
- Deliver integrations based on quantified customer requests through code contributions, detailed architecture diagrams, and comprehensive whitepapers.
- Serve as a key technical asset in fostering partnerships with strategic potential collaborators.
- Publicly evangelize the AI platform at prominent industry conferences, engaging webinars, partner events, and important meetings.
Technical Leadership & Communication
- Own the distribution of enablement materials to the solutions engineering team, particularly regional AI subject matter experts.
- Co-own revenue enablement strategies for the AI platform in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product marketing, and leadership to develop and maintain competitor playbooks.
Required AI & Technical Expertise
- Minimum of 12 years of related technical experience.
- Extensive experience in building, implementing, or selling AI solutions at scale.
- Proficiency with multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI agent performance at scale through automated methods.
- Deep understanding of large language model mechanics and transformer architecture.
- Experience building or interfacing with Model Context Protocol servers.
- Strong Python skills, including experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in software engineering principles and current market trends.

Compensation
This role offers competitive compensation with target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones for Level 5:
- Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle): $191,000 to $263,000
- Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago): $172,000 to $237,000
- Zone 3 (All other US locations): $163,000 to $224,000
Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and specific location. Additional benefits include restricted stock units, comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health support.
