About the Opportunity
The AI Specialist will lead efforts to transform how AI engineers release, monitor, and optimize their agents. This role involves scaling the AI-focused platform from initial validation to an industry-leading product by leveraging deep technical expertise, customer engagement, and early adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level solutions and sales engineering support.
- Serve as an escalation point with practical AI expertise in customer conversations.
- Lead early-stage implementation and adoption of the AI platform to ensure activation and churn prevention.
- Develop and document scalable Solutions Engineering playbooks and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to surface revenue-related product insights.
- Support on-the-ground solutions engineers with detailed points of view.
- Gather and propagate product feedback through collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Monitor product performance, user experience, and market response; iterate based on data.
- Ensure the product roadmap meets market demand for AI developers.
Build the AI Platform Into the World
- Deliver integrations based on quantified customer requests through code, architecture diagrams, and whitepapers.
- Serve as a key technical asset in strategic partnerships.
- Evangelize the AI platform at industry conferences, webinars, and partner engagements.
Technical Leadership & Communication
- Distribute enablement materials for regional AI subject matter experts.
- Co-own revenue enablement of the AI platform with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product marketing, and leadership on competitor playbooks.
Requirements
AI & Technical Expertise:
- Minimum of 12 years of related technical experience.
- Extensive experience in building, implementing, or selling AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
- Proficiency in evaluating AI agent performance using automated methods.
- Deep understanding of large language models and transformer architecture.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol servers and strong Python skills using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in software engineering principles and market trends.
Mindset & Approach:
- Strong yet adaptable opinions about AI based on evidence.
- Ability to anticipate AI trends and position products accordingly.
- Deep curiosity regarding AI’s impact on software development.
- Skilled storyteller who can craft compelling technical narratives.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building new processes in undefined spaces.
Compensation
Target pay ranges vary by location with competitive benefits including stock units, health, vision, dental insurance, and mental health support. Exact compensation is based on skills, experience, and location.
