About the Opportunity

The AI Prompt Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI-driven prompts, agents, and workflows to integrate AI into core business processes. This role aims to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enhance the quality and consistency of outputs across operations. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to implement scalable, compliant AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI solutions across key business areas
• Embed AI to streamline high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Collaborate with business leaders to address operational bottlenecks
• Design, test, and refine AI prompts for accuracy and consistency
• Build and optimize AI agents and copilots for internal use
• Analyze AI output quality and iterate to improve performance
• Develop tools and automations supporting AI workflows
• Integrate AI into existing systems using APIs and scripting
• Connect data sources to enable end-to-end automation
• Define and track metrics for AI output and workflow performance
• Analyze results to continuously improve AI solutions
• Communicate AI impact and results to stakeholders
• Ensure AI solutions meet compliance and reliability standards
• Partner with teams to implement AI tools and workflows
• Train staff on AI tool usage and best practices
• Document and standardize AI usage across the business

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, automation, or technical solution roles
• Practical experience applying AI or large language models to real-world workflows
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, scripting, and system integrations
• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflow solutions
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve AI output performance
• Experience with high-volume operational environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI agents, copilots, or workflow orchestration tools
• Background working in healthcare, service operations, or regulated environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
