AI Product Manager

About the Opportunity

This AI Product Manager role is responsible for defining product roadmaps and leading the development of multiple new digital offerings that expand digital services within a highly visible, innovative, digitally-savvy, and customer-centric healthcare organization. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives lean agile development processes, and ensures the delivery of a product vision aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage key initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and monitor project performance.
• Develop data analytics strategies to address trends and identify risks.
• Ensure AI investments translate into scalable, high-adoption solutions.
• Engage clinicians and staff to drive product adoption.
• Define KPIs and track clinical, operational, financial, and satisfaction outcomes.
• Ensure AI tools are safe, compliant, and trustworthy in a hospital context.
• Represent patient perspectives, understand user personas, and define product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams on complex projects.
• Maintain an agile backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and manage product documentation.
• Gather feedback through surveys, testing, and analytics to inform product decisions.
• Champion the MVP concept focusing on desirability, viability, and feasibility.
• Define and adjust product goals, KPIs, and roadmaps as needed.
• Act as liaison between clinical and operational teams, and support business case development.
• Develop communication materials to share vision with leadership and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market competition to ensure product competitiveness.
• Refine product strategy including pricing, target personas, and distribution channels.

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably with AI workflows.
• Project management experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields.

Compensation

Minimum salary: 100,110.40 | Maximum salary: 160,180.80
