Job Description
About the Opportunity: AI Product Manager
This AI Product Manager role is responsible for defining product roadmaps and leading the development of multiple new digital offerings to expand digital services within a highly visible, innovative, digitally-savvy, and customer-centric healthcare organization. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives a lean and agile development process, and ensures seamless delivery of a product vision aligned with operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage key initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, defining project requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct research on best practices and analyze data to monitor project performance and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and address performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure AI investments translate into scalable solutions with high adoption across departments.
- Drive adoption by engaging clinicians and staff, integrating solutions into workflows, and aligning deployments with organizational goals.
- Define KPIs and track clinical, operational, financial, and satisfaction outcomes to communicate impact and refine the AI product portfolio.
- Address risk, ethics, alignment, and ensure AI tools are usable, safe, compliant, and trustworthy in a hospital context.
- Represent patient perspectives in defining and selecting innovative digital solutions, understanding user personas, pain points, and journeys.
- Translate user needs and business problems into clear solutions and product requirements; shape product strategy and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business Development on complex projects.
- Develop feature lists, user stories, roadmaps; maintain an agile backlog and sprint process.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and manage product documentation.
- Gather and manage product feedback via surveys, concept testing, analytics, and A/B testing; make product decisions based on user needs, business goals, and operational capabilities.
- Champion the MVP concept, focusing on desirability, viability, and feasibility.
- Define product goals and KPIs; monitor, report, and improve product performance; adjust roadmaps as needed; manage multiple product roadmaps concurrently.
- Act as liaison between clinical and operational teams to identify needs, ideate, prioritize, design, test concepts, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Assist with business case development and operating plans.
- Develop communication materials to share vision and progress with leadership and identify growth opportunities.
- Influence and partner with key stakeholders to promote solution-oriented approaches.
- Monitor market competition and evaluate competitive offerings to ensure product competitiveness.
- Refine product strategy, including pricing, target personas, and distribution channels.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams, preferably with Artificial Intelligence workflows.
- Project management experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
- Minimum salary 100,110.40
- Maximum salary 160,180.80
