About the Opportunity: AI Deployment Manager

RemoteHunter focuses on enhancing contact centers by strategically combining artificial intelligence and human intelligence. This approach aims to uncover deep customer insights, automate routine conversations, and significantly improve team efficiency. The AI Deployment Manager role is central to this mission, involving the leadership of customer AI deployments from their initial stages through to successful launch. This position ensures widespread adoption of AI solutions and delivers measurable business impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments, managing projects from kickoff to successful launch.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, including timelines, execution, and delivery for customer implementations.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, effectively translating their business goals into successful and impactful AI deployments.
• Deploy and operationalize diverse AI models, collaborating closely with internal teams. This includes rules-based models, summarization capabilities, and generative knowledge assistance.
• Ensure that all deployments achieve measurable results and continue to deliver value beyond their initial go-live dates.
• Guide customers through every phase of the deployment process, maintaining project momentum and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment.
• Foster close collaboration with various internal departments, including Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
• Proactively identify potential risks, resolve emerging issues, and maintain consistent progress on complex initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills, coupled with a highly consultative approach.
• Comfortable working proficiently with complex technical concepts, data sets, and advanced analytics.
• Exceptional ability to translate intricate technology into clear, actionable plans for various stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset, consistently emphasizing execution and tangible outcomes.
• Adept at thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:
