The AI Architect will lead the design and maintenance of the architectural framework supporting the organization’s AI initiatives. This role is crucial to ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and consistent across multiple agile teams. - Develop and maintain the architectural blueprint for AI agent development and deployment
- Serve as the architectural expert guiding agile teams in technical decision-making
- Collaborate with platform engineers to design scalable, secure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional partnership
- Enforce architectural governance through design reviews, audits, and feedback
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption to maintain innovation
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers, promoting continuous learning and excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in application or enterprise architecture focused on AI, machine learning, or data-intensive applications
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and AI/ML lifecycle management including MLOps
- Extensive experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency with data lakehouse architectures, specifically Databricks
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, or Pulumi
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python; familiarity with React is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and lead teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- $200,000 to $210,000 base salary annually plus variable incentive bonus
