About the Opportunity
Founded in 2021 by former Ethereum Foundation Solidity engineers, RemoteHunter tackles Web3 security challenges. The founding team built the leading blockchain language and secured the largest smart contract protecting over $160B in value. The team is building Cantina, the 'GitHub for Security', connecting security researchers with projects in need of expertise. Cantina powers collaborative security reviews, public and private competitions, bug bounty programs, incident response, and an AI code analyzer.
Role Overview
In the role of AI Agent Architect, you will lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous optimization of AI agents to support operations and sales teams. Your work will automate repetitive tasks, augment decision-making and enable scaling of high-touch activities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Architect, build, test, and deploy AI agents including prompt-based systems and multi-agent orchestration.
- Integrate agents into internal systems such as CRM, workflow tools, dashboards, and APIs.
- Monitor agent performance, set metrics, and iterate continuously.
- Establish safety guardrails, fallback logic, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
- Document designs, agent behaviors, and escalate unusual cases.
- Train stakeholders on interacting with and governing these agents.
- Stay updated on agent frameworks, LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation best practices.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years experience with AI systems, prompt engineering, agent orchestration and LLM workflows.
- Experience building agents for sales, operations, or workflow automation.
- Strong software engineering skills (Python, REST APIs, data pipelines).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and internal workflow tools.
- Ability to translate non-technical needs into technical specs.
- Metrics-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ownership mentality with a proactive approach.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, LangChain agents, ReAct, or Toolformer.
- Knowledge of vector stores, embeddings infrastructure, and retrieval augmented generation.
- Understanding of security, access controls, and audit logging.
- Experience in scaling internal tooling in a startup environment.
