About the Opportunity

The Agentic Implementation Specialist will lead the activation of advanced AI-powered workflows across marketing, contact center, and revenue operations use cases. This role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to implement scalable and repeatable automated workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes. The position also supports the evolution of implementation patterns into broadly available capabilities while defining best practices for deploying AI-driven customer engagement at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Deploy agentic workflows using platform-native tools and APIs
• Configure orchestration logic, workflow triggers, and system integrations
• Validate workflow performance and alignment with business goals
• Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues
• Develop and refine repeatable implementation patterns
• Create reusable playbooks, best practices, and deployment templates
• Assist in transitioning early releases to general availability
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams
• Support internal enablement and knowledge sharing
• Monitor workflow performance and conduct root cause analysis
• Document effective methods, troubleshooting steps, and scalability solutions

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years in technical SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting
• Experience with Martech, RevTech, CCaaS, or workflow automation platforms preferred
• Customer-facing technical experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS
• Familiarity with the platform’s features and APIs
• Skilled with APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
• Experience debugging complex multi-system integrations
• Capability in configuring AI or automation workflows (prompt tuning is a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate business workflows into technical designs
• Adaptability to evolving product environments and emerging technologies
• Strong documentation and pattern standardization focus
• Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational AI, voice platforms, or contact center technologies
• Knowledge of agentic orchestration frameworks or MCP architectures
• Familiarity with workflow automation or orchestration platforms
• Experience with event streaming or real-time data systems
• Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or telecommunications

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Salary range $100,000 to $150,000 per year
