The Account Coordinator role is designed to support the efficient management and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This position ensures client projects remain organized and on track by collaborating closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. The role contributes by maintaining communication flow, tracking progress, and assisting with campaign operations, thereby facilitating smooth client engagement and enabling growth opportunities.Responsibilities
- Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables
- Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings
- Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking
- Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback
- Learn basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot) to support strategy and execution
- Create and compile data reports with media team guidance
- Support identification of account growth opportunities
- Stay informed on performance marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align work with client goals
- Complete relevant certifications and training
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- $45,000 - $65,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates
- $55,000 - $75,000 CAD for Canada-based candidates
